The Heart of my Practice

My work is devoted to cultivating a life of deep connection—to the body, the Earth, and the unseen rhythms that guide our lives. Rooted in the wisdom of Ayurveda, local herbalism, and the energetic understanding of the emotional, physical, and spiritual bodies, I offer holistic guidance that honors the unique nature of every individual.

I believe healing is not about fixing what is broken, but remembering our inherent wholeness, learning of the challenges and embracing the journey as it unfolds. Through personalized lifestyle practices, nourishing food, herbal medicine, ritual, movement, and self-inquiry, I help others uncover the root causes of imbalance and cultivate vibrant, sustainable well-being.

My offerings draw from years of study and lived experience in Ayurveda, yoga, Kundalini, food/ herbs and earth-based traditions. I guide Ayurvedic consultations, teach Kundalini and yoga, facilitate tea ceremonies, tend ceremonial fires, work with seasonal and local food and create spaces where people can slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with themselves and the natural world. These practices invite presence, transformation, and a renewed sense of belonging.

Creativity is woven into everything I do. I see beauty as medicine and believe that art, language, movement, and ritual have the power to awaken remembrance, soften the heart, and restore our relationship with ourselves and our communities. At the heart of my work is a philosophy of copious living—an abundant, intentional way of life rooted in reciprocity, simplicity, and reverence for nature. Whether sharing herbal wisdom, holding space around a fire, pouring tea, guiding breath and movement, or creating beauty through words and art, my intention is to offer practices that nourish the whole person and inspire lives of greater presence, vitality, and meaning.

Meet Kismet

I was raised in the high desert of California's Eastern Sierra, where wide open landscapes, sagebrush, granite peaks, and changing seasons became my first teachers. From an early age, I understood myself not as separate from nature, but as a part of it. The land taught me resilience, observation, and reciprocity, shaping a lifelong relationship with the natural world that continues to guide my work today.

As I grew older, I found myself questioning many of the systems and institutions that defined success, education, and the way we are taught to live. Drawn instead toward simplicity and self-discovery, I chose an unconventional path. As a young woman, I traveled extensively—often alone, without technology, and guided more by intuition than by itinerary. I lived and worked on farms, in remote communities, and off-grid homesteads, learning directly from the people and landscapes around me. It was there that I deepened my relationship with medicinal plants, wild foods, seasonal living, and the quiet abundance that exists when we live in rhythm with the Earth.

These experiences instilled in me a profound respect for traditional knowledge, community, and the healing intelligence of nature.Over time, my work carried me across borders as a retreat facilitator, chef, Ayurvedic practitioner, herbalist, and teacher. Each place, culture, and teacher expanded my understanding of what it means to care for ourselves and one another. While my practices evolved, the thread remained the same: to help people reconnect with their own innate wisdom and remember that healing is not something we acquire, but something we cultivate.
